1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nanavar website (the "Site") and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services. Nanavar reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Integrity & Sourcing

Nanavar specializes in temple-inspired devotional essentials. While we strive for absolute consistency, the natural origin of our ingredients (herbs, resins, and artisanal oils) may result in subtle variations in color, texture, or fragrance between batches. These variations are a testament to the authentic, small-batch nature of our production.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

• Availability: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion.
• Shipping: We offer nationwide shipping across India. Standard delivery times range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Nanavar are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Prepaid Orders: We offer a direct discount (currently ₹30) for all prepaid transactions as an incentive for streamlined processing.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, a nominal confirmation fee (currently ₹70) is required before dispatch. This fee is non-refundable and serves to verify the authenticity of the order.
• GST: A standard GST rate (typically 12%) is applied to taxable ritual products as per Indian tax regulations.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the sacred and personal nature of our devotional products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is received in a damaged or defective state.

• Damage Claims: Any claims for damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is with our logistics partner, it cannot be recalled.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nanavar and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
